• If the products do not pass Quality Control (QC), we will refuse the return, and the products will be sent back to the customer. If the returned product satisfies QC, we will proceed with the applicable refund.

• If you believe that the merchandise is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered or damaged, please refuse to take delivery of the package.
